FutureOps is a specialist engineering company focused on production systems. We work with the people responsible for keeping software useful while its dependencies, requirements and operating conditions change.
Where we work
Our disciplines are Platform Engineering, Reliability Engineering and AI Operations. An engagement usually starts with something concrete: a difficult release, a recurring incident or an AI workflow that needs more control.
Financial systems and banking integrations are areas of domain experience. The production engineering work extends beyond that domain.

Work within the constraints
Replacing everything is rarely an available option. We need to understand the existing commitments before proposing a change.
Explain what remains uncertain
Engineering decisions are made with incomplete information. Record the assumptions and the evidence that would make the team revisit them.
After the implementation
The team needs to know how the change works and who owns it. Handover is part of the engineering work, including the awkward cases that did not disappear.
We agree how to assess the result in use. Shipping the change and knowing that it helped are separate steps.
