Accessibility statement

Published 11 September 2026

How we approach accessibility and how to report a problem using the website.

Our commitment

FutureOps wants people to be able to use its public website regardless of disability, access need, device or input method. FutureOps designs and tests its public website against WCAG 2.2 Level AA engineering criteria. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product-quality responsibility, not a certification.

What you should be able to do

  • Navigate the public pages and contact form using a keyboard.
  • Use headings, landmarks, labels and status messages with assistive technology.
  • Zoom and reflow content without losing information or introducing page-level horizontal scrolling at the tested widths.
  • Use the website with decorative motion reduced when your device requests it.
  • Read text with visible focus, sufficient contrast and non-colour cues in the tested components.

Current test position

The public website has been checked during development using automated accessibility checks and manual checks of representative desktop and mobile pages. Checks covered keyboard navigation, headings, form labels and error feedback, focus visibility, contrast, reflow and reduced motion. These checks do not establish that every page works with every assistive technology, and they are not a certification of conformance.

Known limitations and further assurance

A usability session with representative assistive-technology users has not yet been recorded for this release. Automated checks cannot identify every barrier. New content can also introduce accessibility problems, so we continue to review published pages and investigate reported issues.

Tell us about a problem

If you cannot access part of the website, need information in a different format, or want to report an accessibility issue, email contact@futureops.co.uk. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, the problem you encountered, and any assistive technology or browser details you are comfortable sharing. Do not send sensitive information that is not needed to investigate the issue.

How we respond

We will review accessibility reports, prioritise issues according to their effect on access, and provide a reasonable update. Where practical, we will offer an accessible alternative while a barrier is being addressed.

Technical approach

The website uses HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Its information and contact workflow do not depend on decorative motion. Supported reduced-motion preferences disable the parallax effect. Our accessibility target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA: https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/.
