Privacy operations
Data protection complaints
You can raise a concern in plain language. FutureOps will record, acknowledge, investigate and communicate the outcome through a controlled privacy process.
The dedicated privacy mailbox is not yet verified. The operational contact fallback is shown until deliverability is confirmed.
01
Make a complaint
Use the contact details on Company Facts. You do not need to use legal terminology. Explain what happened, when it happened, which FutureOps service or communication was involved, and what outcome you are seeking.
Only include information needed to understand the complaint. If you act for someone else, FutureOps may reasonably ask for evidence of your authority. Identity verification may also be needed where a response would disclose personal information.
02
What FutureOps will do
The 30-day period is for acknowledgement, not a promise that every investigation will be completed within 30 days. FutureOps keeps integrity-protected evidence of acknowledgement, progress and outcome without storing complaint narrative in the lifecycle ledger.
- Acknowledge receipt within 30 days.
- Take appropriate steps to investigate without undue delay.
- Make enquiries proportionate to the issues raised.
- Keep you informed where the investigation continues.
- Communicate the outcome without unjustifiable or excessive delay.
03
Your right to contact the ICO
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contacting FutureOps first may allow the issue to be resolved sooner, but it does not remove your right to contact the ICO.
